156 York Street was probably 165 York Street as we found Mary and Kate Wilson, (His children) enrolled in the York Street M.E. Church and living at that address.

The 83 Bridge street that he is at in 1866-67 is only down the block from his Father-in-Law's house. (John Rheinhardt)

In the 1900 census it has:
Charles as coming to the U.S. 37 years prior which would make his arrival 1863. This would contradict his listing in the Brooklyn directory but the figure may be accurate within two years. Charles is buried at the family plot in Greenwood cemetery.
